FIGHT FOR BLACK PROGRESS

Fight for Black Progress (FBP) is on the frontline, fighting to increase the number of Black students on college campuses. Increasing Black students’ college enrollment rates directly challenges the assault on the Black community and the assault on racial equality. We at Fight for Black Progress support an increase in Black students’ college attendance as a way to uphold values of fairness, justice, and equality for all. It is our belief that everyone should be able to earn a degree beyond high school, if they choose to, without money standing in the way.

Fight for Black Progress is committed to fighting on behalf of the entire Black community.

WE NEED YOU IN THE FIGHT

There is strength in numbers! Let’s use our collective voices to engage in protests and demonstrations showing our support for affirmative action in college campuses for increasing the number of Black students on college campuses.

Writing an op-ed in support of affirmative action policies in colleges and universities can lead to greater awareness about the importance of affirmative action for Black students and potentially support action and change.

Participating in monthly Zoom meetings can help the organization strategize with other people on how to fight for affirmative action to increase the number of Black students in college campuses.
